1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the CalcIL website constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the site.

2. Service Description

CalcIL provides financial calculators including: salary calculators, pension calculators, capital gains tax calculations, mortgage calculations, child allowance and reserve duty calculations. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee continuous availability or complete accuracy of calculations. The service is free and intended for the Israeli public.

3. Disclaimer

All information and calculations on the site are presented for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal or tax advice. The service is not a substitute for professional consultation. We strongly recommend consulting with a certified accountant, tax advisor or financial planner before making financial decisions. The calculations do not take into account your personal circumstances.

4. Information Accuracy

We make efforts to ensure that information and calculations are accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Users are responsible for verifying the correctness of information for their specific case.

5. Limitation of Liability

CalcIL will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site or calculations, unless otherwise provided by law. In any case, maximum liability will be limited to ₪1,000. This limitation does not apply to bodily harm or willful breach.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, design, logo and code are protected by copyright. Copying or using content without explicit permission is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Uses

It is forbidden to use the site for illegal purposes, distribute viruses, hack servers or harm the site's operation in any other way.

8. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to update the terms of use at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

As users in Israel, you are entitled to consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. These rights include the right to receive accurate information, fairness in transactions and compensation for damages as specified in the law.

11. Data Retention

We retain usage data (logs) for 6 months for security and service improvement purposes. Personal data is deleted within 24 months of last use.

We strive for 99% availability but do not guarantee continuous availability. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance purposes.

13. Age Restriction

Use of the site is intended for ages 18 and up. Minors may use the site only under parental or guardian supervision.

14. Termination of Use

We may block access to users who violate the terms of use. Users may discontinue use at any time without prior notice.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control such as infrastructure failures, wars, or natural disasters.

16. Cookies Policy

The site uses technical cookies necessary for site functionality and analytical cookies to improve service. Continued use constitutes consent to the use of cookies.

17. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel, and Israeli courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
